Approach & Issues
My work is grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy. This approach explores how earlier relational experiences shape present patterns — particularly in relationships, self-perception and emotional life.
Therapy may begin in response to a specific event — grief, health concerns, burnout or relationship difficulties. These experiences deserve attention in their own right. Often, however, they also reveal longer-standing dynamics beneath the surface.
The work involves gradual understanding, undertaken collaboratively and at your pace.
